First and foremost I would like to express my well whishes to every one of you for your constant support , love and concern towards this institution which enables and encourages us to strive hard to carry forward the noble mission of sharing value based knowledge to learners. I want to emphasize the importance of few things that we have to keep in mind. Education is not an act of acquiring knowledge but learning a skill to lead a successful life and grooming ones overall personality. I can boldly say that we have excelled in every initiative that we undertook and we have stood together in facing the challenges across the journey. We focus on discovering , developing and drawing out the hidden talents and the magic lying dormant inside all of its learners. From academics to co-curricular activities, preservence and a never say-die sprit are entrenched in the heart of every student not only making them good students but brilliant human beings. Through our campus we are creating an environment for future leaders, entrepreneurs and professional who possess skill and aptitude in an array of functional discipline.
The newly introduced subjects ( Biotechnology, Biochemistry , BBA , Applied mathematics and Kashmiri )approved by Kashmir university and J&K Higher Education Department have added feathers to the crown of this college. This college has been approved by MHRD for up gradation to “Model college “ and has till date received 70% grant out of Rs. 4.00 Crore. I am satisfied with the progress this college has made by imbibing in its students the value based education synergized with modern teaching learning methods to produce a well informed and emotionally sound generation. I am hopeful that in times to come we will continue this journey with elevated enthusiasm and persistently provide a plateform of holistic learning to the young generation.
